We offer private classes, group classes, and virtual coaching - or you can shadow Jacob for a day at Parlour Hair Enhancements where you'll see at least one installation.
Shadow Jacob
Experience firsthand what it’s like to work in a high-end hair enhancement and hair loss center. Our shadowing program allows you to spend the day observing Jacob and our team as we perform transformations using methods like K-tips, Genius Wefts, Combline, and Signature Scalp. This is a valuable opportunity to learn salon workflow, client consultation techniques, extension preparation, application, blending, and finishing touches in a real-world setting.
This day - up to an 8 hour day or longer, depending on the scheduled clients - can be customized to what you would like to see. While our salon offers a few different methods, Jacob only offers shadowing for K-tips. We are also familiar with most extension types and can offer guidance on why these are the only ones Jacob offers 99% of the time.
Shadow days are a good fit for stylists who want to "fill in the gaps." Maybe you have taken a few classes but still have questions. If you want to take your hair extension knowledge to the next level and see my setup first hand, this is for you. You will be able to ask any questions as we go. You are also welcome to record any of my work.

Training Classes with Jacob
Our private education is designed to give you hands-on training with direct guidance from Jacob. Each session includes a professional kit, vendor information, pricing strategies, and ongoing support so you can immediately implement what you learn in your own business.
Who Classes Are For
If you are not yet certified in any extension brand, we recommend starting with Jacob’s in-person or online certification courses before booking a private class. Private sessions are best suited for stylists who already have some extension experience and want advanced, customized training.
What to Expect
- Duration: a 6 hour Day
- Format: Most work is done on mannequins. Stylists without prior keratin bond experience will not be placed on live models.
- Models: A live model may be provided depending on your request and skill level.
- Training Structure: You will observe application by Jacob followed by guided practice on mannequins where Jacob helps troubleshoot and refine your technique.
- Beyond Technique: Classes can also cover business building, social media, marketing strategies, and client management—customized to your goals.
Classes can be customized for any skill level and be adapted for 2 or more students.
One-on-One Class
A fully customized session tailored to your specific goals. Perfect for stylists who want a deep dive into a particular method or advanced troubleshooting with focused mentorship.

Small Group Class
Designed for salon teams or groups of stylists who want to learn together in a collaborative environment. Group classes cover advanced installation techniques, color blending for extensions, density and texture matching, and aftercare education.
$3,000 per person for 2+ people. For large groups, please inquire for rates.
Virtual Coaching / Coaching Calls
For stylists unable to travel, we offer virtual coaching sessions where Jacob works with you remotely to troubleshoot installations, refine cutting and blending skills, review client consultations, and answer business-related questions. These sessions are fully customizable and can be tailored to focus on specific methods or areas of need.
$100/30 minutes for the initial call, subsequent calls will be quoted.
